Office Administrator $25/hr -$27/hr Requirements:- Solid office experience.
- Some exposure to accounting responsibilities

- Receive customer orders via email, phone and website
- Accurately enter orders into ERP system
- Confirm pricing, item numbers, product availability, shipping and routing info, freight/shipping terms, payment terms
- Scan and attach documents to electronic files
- Answer customer questions, provide order status and tracking information
- Document customer accounts, enter notes, reconfirm orders, update due dates

- Develop custom dashboards, forms, and and scripts using proprietary language (Similar to Visual Basic)
- Provide internal support and training on ERP operations.
- Develop and maintain remote monitoring website using JavaScript, PHP, adn MySQL stack.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field. Understand ERP systems, SQL and Crystal Reports 2013.

Shipping- $18/HR, located in Elk Grove Village
- 6:45 am – 3;15 pm, coordinating shipping products daily.
- Will train and certify on forklift if you have no experience.
- $18/HR located in Buffalo Grove
- 4:00 am to 12:30 pm, needs to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Will train on their machines.
- $21/HR located in Wood Dale
- 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, needs to lift up to 50 lbs.
- must have a clean driving record
- $25+/HR located in Elk Grove Village
- 5:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Must have experience with Calipers, Micrometers, PPAP and SPC.
- $20/HR located in Wheeling
- 11:30 am to 8:00 pm
- Picking and preparing orders for shipment
